Centre Hospitalier Medico-Chirurgical Sédogo from 01.12.2024 to 14.12.2024. Despite the absence of a hand surgeon, postponed flights and an almost 24-hour delay in arrival, Interplast Switzerland can report another successful hand surgery mission. A wide range of diseases and consequences of traumatic hand injuries awaited us and a total of 29 patients were successfully treated. Clinique Centre Medico-Chirurgical Sédogo from 10.10.2024 to 10.19.2024. As part of our aim to improve breast cancer care and treatment, as well as breast reconstruction after breast resection, a team from Interplast Switzerland spent 10 days in Léo, Burkina Faso, doing just that. Francis Hospital Mutolere, Kisoro, Uganda 24.05.2024 to 01.06.2024. Almost a year after the first mission in Kisoro, Uganda, new and in some cases already familiar patients await the Interplast Switzerland team. St Joseph Hospital in Koforidua in January 2024 After a four-year forced break due to the pandemic, Interplast Switzerland was able to carry out its second mission in Ghana. St. Francis Hospital Mutolere, Kisoro, Uganda from 22.06.2023 to 30.06.2023. The first Interplast Switzerland mission in Kisoro, Uganda was a complete success. After initial contact and exploration last year, a trial deployment in a new area was successfully completed. Clinic Centre Medico-Chirurgical Sédogo from 03.03.2023 to 12.03.2023. Directly following the mission in Bamako, Mali, an Interplast Switzerland mission took place in Léo, Burkina Faso.
