St Joseph's Hospital in Koforidua, Ghana
For the fourth time, a team from Interplast Switzerland travelled to Koforidua, Ghana. This time, the team of 10 specialists consisted of two hand surgeons, an anaesthetist, a nurse anaesthetist, two technical surgical assistants, an occupational therapist, two students and a cook.
26 patients, both elective and emergency, were operated on in just under 2 weeks.
