After a four-year forced break due to the pandemic, Interplast Switzerland was able to carry out its second mission in Ghana.
A motivated team of specialists consisting of three hand surgeons, an anaesthesia team, two technical operating assistants (TOA), two occupational therapists and a cook travelled to Koforidua, three hours' drive from Accra, with great excitement about what to expect after four years of mission interruption.
